Find cost saving solutions for AJ & RG Barbers vintage reserve cheddar cheese box

The Solution

TGiven Atlas’s experience with the corrugated print process, along with our continuous investment in high tech machinery and our skilled personnel, we were delighted to be given the opportunity to showcase our expertise with AJ & RG Barbers.

The artwork for the packaging had already been produced but required amendments to tailor it to the Flexo print process without compromising on quality or detail.

With the guidance of our Graphic Designer and Print Technician we then went one step further to develop a more glossy print finish for the corrugated packaging.

Cutting costs but not quality

Looking to reduce their packaging costs, AJ & RG Barbers approached Atlas Packaging to find cost saving solutions for a Litho printed Gift pack for their Vintage Reserve Cheddar cheese.

Not only was cost a factor but Minimum Order Quantity stipulations on their existing packaging prohibited any design changes due to the high order volumes that were required to be stored.

It was also crucial that we matched their existing branding perfectly on the packaging due to the global marketing of the product.

All of these factors were considered during the consultation process.
