Atlas Packaging at Mission: Unbreakable 2024

 

A team from Atlas Packaging recently took on the challenge of Mission: Unbreakable, a charity event organised by North Devon Hospice to support their work in providing care for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

The event is a military-style obstacle course that takes place in the beautiful yet challenging North Devon countryside and is a real physical and mental challenge.

Atlas Packaging entered a team of 10 employees, all eager to push themselves to the limit while raising money for a worthy cause. The team trained hard in the lead-up to the event, demonstrating not only their commitment to completing the demanding course but also to supporting the hospice.

Their collective efforts were rewarded as they successfully completed the event and with their fundraising and our corporate support, we managed to raise nearly £2,000 for North Devon Hospice. This contribution will help the hospice continue its vital work in providing care and support to patients and their families during challenging times.

The company was proud to take part in such an impactful event and we are thankful to everyone who donated and supported the team's efforts.

Atlas Packaging is one of a select number of companies in North Devon to have been invited to join the charity’s Forty for 40 Business Club in 2024. It is the hospice’s 40th anniversary and all businesses that have signed up have pledged to raise or donate at least £1000 to the charity this calendar year.
